Out and about?
Here are some simple apps to help you save.
With all those coupons apps and websites out there it can be time consuming because your always looking for the right deal.
To save you money, time and tools for the web.
I’m sure you seen those coupons from the Sunday paper and skim right by them. Well with those coupons and other sources, you could be saving a lot more than you think. Here are a few of my favorite ways to help to save & earn money.
For online items:
Honey– A browser extension that matches and locates the best coupon deal for you. Simply install and during checkout on as you finished shopping online, click on the Honey button in your tool bar and it will automatically apply coupon codes during checkout. It will match other coupons prices to find you the best deal out with just one click.
Ebates– One of my favorites. Simple create an account and with so many active stores, you can activate before checking out and making a purchase at a store. I already made over $100 within a few months. Cause who doesn’t like receiving money back from what you already purchased.
Invisible Hand– Traveling? This can find the lowest price when you search for flights, hotels and rental cars.
For Grocery Shopping:
Besides seeing what they have on sale, another good tip for those who want to save more is to look ahead a time on coupon sites like Krazy Coupon Lady and Coupons.com to see if they have any sales on items you currently need/want. Don’t forget some items may be eligible for cash back so be sure to check and submit those receipts to Ibotta and Checkout51.
Ibotta– thousands of rebates from many retailers and now they have deals for online orders. I would suggest adding friends on Facebook by searching Ibotta groups. I usually add those people to a different friend list for privacy reasons. With team members, you can have a chance to earn more bonuses. I haven’t had a problem with a receipt not being accepted, the only thing is that I wish I knew about this app when it started.
Checkout 51– Similar to other cash back apps, not many options for cash back eligible items, but still never had a problem with the app.
Gambeal– Like similar rebate apps, submit receipts for local places you purchase like grocery, food, coffee, gas, etc. You need to spend at least $5.00 per place to able to submit a receipt.
Don’t forget those Store Cards-
Target Cartwheel- Simply scan the products they have for sale and add to checkout icon on your screen. Then when your ready to leave/checkout, show the bar-code to the cashier to scan.
PG, Red plum and Smart Source- Where to find them? Local newspaper, you can search online as well to locate where they are available. Also, libraries or by asking family and friends. You could join a coupon trade group online or a meet up, the possibilities are endless!
